All orders outside of Missouri within the continental United States are exempt from sales tax charges.
Standard Delivery Option
Standard delivery services include curb delivery, used for heavy and oversized items such as large televisions, large furniture items and large appliances. Standard delivery does not include unpacking, installation, plugging in or removal of debris.
NOTE: Any items that need to be delivered by ferry will incur an extra $200 charge. Areas commonly only reachable by ferry are Shelter Island, Fire Island, parts of Washington State and Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery services include delivery within the first floor of your home, including uncrating, placing, and removing packaging material. Installation is not included.
When preparing for delivery of items to your home, please make sure to have the areas where the product will be placed easily accessible and have a path cleared to move the items into place. Please also make sure that any larger items will fit through the doorways in your home before ordering. The shipper will charge $40 per 15 minutes of time spent clearing the pathway for the delivery; once an order has been shipped, White Glove Delivery service charges cannot be refunded if the company fails to perform delivery because of circumstances at the delivery location.
In general, your items will arrive at your chosen destination in the continental United States within 2-3 weeks; some remote areas may incur a longer delivery time. You will receive an email with shipment confirmation, tracking number and instructions for delivery preparation once your order has shipped.

If you are paying by credit card and shipping to an address that is not your billing address, please contact your issuing bank to have your shipping destination added as an authorized address on the account. This measure protects your credit safety and deters fraud.
Your delivery destination must be readily accessible by delivery trucks. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Small items will be shipped directly to you via parcel service (FedEx). For larger items, the delivery company will contact you for a time to schedule delivery.

Back-Ordered Products
A back-ordered product is temporarily out of stock. If an item you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be notified by email. After receiving this email, you may choose to either wait for the back-ordered item or cancel your order.
Damaged Product Return and Exchange Policies and Procedures
When your products arrive, it is essential to inspect them as soon as they arrive. The box and packaging may seem unharmed, but it is still possible there has been damage to the products within. Before signing for your product, check for both external and internal damage. If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to diagnose the issue; we will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
At iElectronics.com, we are an authorized retailer for each brand represented on our website. All items come with a full manufacturer's warranty of usually one year. Defective items can be resolved via warranty and will not need to be returned.
