At iElectronics.com, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money orders, company checks, cashier's checks and PayPal. Company checks may take up to 10 business days to clear. We do not accept e-checks, but PayPal can be used as an alternative.
For credit card charges, iElectronics.com uses the Shopify online ecommerce shopping cart, which is protected by secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
If an error has occurred with your order either on your end or ours, including selecting the wrong quantity, an incorrect model, or the wrong color, it can be rectified within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once you have received your order confirmation, please check it over thoroughly to make sure everything is correct and bring all discrepancies to our attention. Within 24 hours it can be rectified with no charge; after 24 hours a restocking fee may be applied for changes requested.
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 314-880-0600 during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central Time. Within 24 hours, your order can be cancelled without a fee; after 24 hours, the cancellation request will be subject to review. After 24 hours, if the manufacturer has not processed the order, we may be able to cancel without a fee.
Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 3 days to process.
